A boutique concept to the university halls of residence which will appeal to those seeking larger, more comfortable accommodation (our 1 bed apartments are typically over 50% bigger than the university studios) providing a more spacious and independent approach to living and studying in the UK. Conel Ct is located on the border of the very desirable Talbot Woods neighbourhood and is approximately a 2 minute walk to both Bournemouth University campus and the Arts University. The landlord specialises with accommodation for both international and UK students and is a member of the ANUK National Code of Standards for student developments, and therefore accredited under the National Code.

The accommodation comprises of individual self-contained apartments, constructed and designed on a turn key basis; this means that your essentials such as beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, white goods, sofas etc, are inclusive of the accommodation and rents. In other words, all that is required when you move in is your belongings.
