Richmond Court
Nine 1 bed apartments and a ground floor office of just under 1,000 sq ft. Situated in the heart of Charminster, Bournemouth with access to its many cafes and shops. The apartments were designed and constructed on a turn key basis for the benefit of rental purposes for overseas students. Access to Bournemouth University main campus is just a 20 minute walk, 10 minute cycle ride or 5 minute car journey. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Secure bicycle storage is available on-site. The office was designed and constructed in line with the exacting requirements of an established care agency.

Eleven apartments consisting of a mix of 8x1 bed apartments, 2x2 bed apartments and 1x3 bed apartment. Located on the fringe of the very desirable Talbot Woods neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk to Bournemouth University. A Victorian building lovingly restored and converted into 2x2 bed luxury apartments with a ground floor office below. Located in the heart of Canford Cliffs in a quiet, prestigious road just 10 mins walk to the beach.
